Carousel Operating Rules
Please follow at all times.

1.) CAROUSEL MUST HAVE A SURROUNDING CROWD CONTROL FENCE WITH A SINGLE ENTRY/EXIT GATE CONTROLLED BY THE OPERATOR.

2.) OPERATOR MUST BE TRAINED AND FOLLOW THESE RULES AT ALL TIMES.

3.) ONE CHILD OR ADULT PER ANIMAL, VERY SMALL CHILDREN RIDE CAN IN BUCKET SWING OR IN CHARIOT WITH ADULT.

4.) NO ONE WEIGHING OVER 190 POUNDS CAN RIDE

5.) LOAD CAROUSEL EVENLY, BALANCING RIDERS ON OPPOSITE SIDES OF THE CAROUSEL.

6.) CHARIOT IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE FOR RIDERS NOT ABLE TO RIDE AN ANIMAL OR SWING SEAT.

7.)NO STANDING, BOUNCING OR JUMPING WHILE RIDING, THIS IS CAUSE FOR STOPPING THE RIDE AND INFORMING THE OFFENDER TO HAVE CAUTION.

8.) RIDERS MUST FACE FORWARD WHEN SEATED ON ANIMAL.

9.) DO NOT LOAD NEW RIDE UNTIL ALL RINGS ARE COLLECTED AND PREVIOUS RIDERS HAVE LEFT AND ARE OUTSIDE OF ENCLOSED OPERATING AREA.  NO LOITERING AROUND INSIDE OF GATED OPERATING AREA.

10.) RIDERS AND OPERATOR ARE THE ONLY PERSONS ALLOWED IN ENCLOSED OPERATING AREA WHEN RIDE IS IN USE, PARENTS MUST REMAIN OUT OF THE RIDE AREA OR RIDE WITH THEIR CHILD.

11.) GATE MUST BE CLOSED BEFORE RIDE STARTS, NO OTHER PERSONS ARE ALLOWED TO STAND IN ENCLOSED OPERATING AREA.  RIDE WILL NOT START UNTIL THIS IS SO.

12.) RIDE LENGTH IS 2 1/2 TO 3 1/2 MINUTES.  RIDE WILL START WHEN ALL RIDERS ARE SEATED.

13.) RIDERS MUST WAIT FOR CAROUSEL TO MAKE COMPLETE STOP BEFORE DISMOUNTING.

14.) ALL BRASS RINGS MUST BE COLLECTED BEFORE RIDERS LEAVE RIDE AREA, NO RINGS ARE TO BE REMOVED FROM THE OPERATING AREA (RINGS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE AT SOUVENIR STAND).

15.) CATCHER OF LAST RING GETS A FREE RIDE.  PERSONS WISHING TO TAKE A RING HOME MUST PURCHASE ONE FROM  SOUVENIR STAND.

16.) CAROUSEL WILL BE STOPPED IF THERE ARE ANY RIDER PROBLEMS, RIDERS EXHIBITING HORSEPLAY WILL TAKE A BREAK.

17.) CAROUSEL MAY BE SEEN FROM OUTSIDE THE FENCE BUT IS CLOSED-OFF TO UNESCORTED VISITATION WHEN NOT IN OPERATION.
